17th Street Realty, a boutique real estate firm, approached me to create a refined, modern brand identity that reflected their expertise in helping clients find distinctive homes and properties. Based in an urban market with historic charm and growing modern developments, they needed a logo and visual identity that balanced sophistication, trust, and approachability.
I designed a clean, elegant logo featuring timeless typography paired with a subtle icon inspired by architectural lines and the character of historic neighborhoods. The color palette — a mix of deep neutrals and warm accents — conveyed professionalism and stability, while polished design elements provided versatility across signage, business cards, listing presentations, social media, and their website.
