17th Street Realty, a boutique real estate firm, approached me to create a refined, modern brand identity that reflected their expertise in helping clients find distinctive homes and properties. Based in an urban market with historic charm and growing modern developments, they needed a logo and visual identity that balanced sophistication, trust, and approachability.

I designed a clean, elegant logo featuring timeless typography paired with a subtle icon inspired by architectural lines and the character of historic neighborhoods. The color palette — a mix of deep neutrals and warm accents — conveyed professionalism and stability, while polished design elements provided versatility across signage, business cards, listing presentations, social media, and their website. This cohesive brand helped 17th Street Realty stand out in a competitive market, appealing to both first-time buyers and seasoned investors who value personalized service and local expertise.
